“Hard Drives are rated on how soon they will fail  “

– Steve Wolsefer, Vice President

  • Founded on April 15, 1996 by Paul Haneberg & Richard Haneberg as a Division of the G. C. Fuller Manufacturing Co., Inc.  Originally located at 5285 Crookshank Road, Cincinnati, OH  45238.
Tom Waltner was their first and only employee at the time.
  • January 2, 1997 – Incorporated in 1997 in State of Ohio and moved to a suite on the second floor of the building at 5133 Delhi Pike; in the heart of the Delhi Hills Business District.  Even at that time, they knew that this was not to be a “Store Front” operation.  The goal was to provide service for businesses and residential customers.
At some point during this year, Tom Waltner bought Paul Haneberg’s stake in the company to become 50% owner.
  • 1998 – Already having success with the Catholic Schools on the west side of Cincinnati, we earned Microsoft Authorized Education Reseller (AER) status.
During this year we also became authorized dealers for SMC, 3COM, Cisco, Hewlett Packard, Seagate, Intel, and Netgear.  We began reselling Internet dial-up Services for OneNet, who at that time was one of Cincinnati’s largest Internet Service providers.
  • 1999 Established the requirement that ALL technicians must be Microsoft Certified.
  • 2000 – Attained Microsoft Partner Certification for Networking.
  • September 11, 2001 – The unprovoked terrorist attack of our innocent citizens began a period of uncertainty.  The recession which followed tested our ability to adjust and survive in a tight economy.  We fared better than many of our competitors, and have come through it stronger.

In the long history of humankind … those who learned to collaborate and improvise most effectively have prevailed.

– Charles Darwin

Elk Cloner was the first computer virus written by Rich Skrenta in 1982. He was a 15-year old high school student at the time. The Elk Cloner virus spread to other computers by monitoring the floppy drive and copying itself to any floppy diskette. Once a floppy was infected it would infect all other computers that used the disk. A computer that was infected would display a short poem on every 50th boot.

  • 2008 – Awarded the “FAST 55” recognition by the Cincinnati Business Courier.
  • 2009 – Major recession caused by the real estate and banking industries overextending credit.  Again, uncertainty in the marketplace causes a tight economy.  Monitor Closely goes out of business.  As a result, we closed the Lawrenceburg, IN assembly facility.
Again, we were able to adjust our business, focus on our core strengths and survive while many competitors had to close their doors.

This change was made because the market for I.T. Services encompasses so much more than computers and we began planning to add phone systems and managed services.
  • March 10, 2016 – Began a relationship with CharTec in Bakersfield CA, to assist us in transforming the company to Managed Services, and to help us learn how to market ourselves better and have better sales processes.
