 ® Accounting / Customer Service / Office Manager ¬

Fuller Information Technology is seeking someone who loves variety in their work day.
You must maintain a professional appearance, have pleasant and excellent phone skills, good computer skills, be highly organized and enjoy working in a customer service capacity. This small office environment is friendly and professional. All employees have a "Whatever it Takes" attitude.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Enter data into our customer database and accounting systems, provide reception services, including operation of multi-line phone system, greeting customers, assessing their needs
- Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude.
- Filing, sorting mail, copying, faxing, data entry, word processing.
- Communicate effectively with clients, technical experts and all levels of management.
- Assist with sales and marketing projects.
- Use Quick Books to post payments, bank deposits, reconcile credit card accounts.
- Assist in managing the company web and social media sites.
- Basic office maintenance and cleaning.
- Take inventory of stock items.
- Use ConnectWise Manage software to make appointments for field service and management personnel.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have reliable transportation
- High school diploma required. Candidates with college coursework or a degree in business or computers are preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft WORD, and basic knowledge of Excel.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in an office environment.
- Professional appearance and demeanor, since our client base is generally small business.
- Strong customer service skills. Ability to effectively work individually or in a team.
- Must be able to handle multiple concurrent tasks, and maintain focus on tasks at hand.
- Must speak American English Language articulately with dialects that are common and understandable in this geographic region.
- Must be willing to submit to drug screening and criminal background checks, both as a condition of employment, and on an on-going random basis.
- Must be physically be able to lift and move up to 40 pounds.
