- Identify the Problem

First – we listen.  What is your business about?  What are you trying to achieve?  What are your goals?  Where is the technology getting in the way?  Where do you think technology might help you to be more productive?  

Next we use the latest software tools to dig deep in your network to find out exactly what you have.  Are your PCs too old?  Are they up-to-date?  Is your network configured efficiently and securely?  Is your back-up working, and can it actually be restored?  Is your wireless access secured?  Does your firewall support encryption?

How powerful does your PC need to be?  How big of a hard drive do you need?  Should you do cloud storage?  Is your backup recoverable?

We measure and evaluate your network performance against your current requirements and future demands based on your business vision and goals.

- Propose Solutions

After your Assessment from our Discovery, we will present the findings and make specific recommendations for solutions.  We will review  hundreds of pages of reports that  get very specific about your network infrastructure, and the equipment.
